Following 20 years of practice, Directors Mark and Joseph Agius embarked on a journey of evaluation and redefinition of their business with a distinctive goal to ensure that Intelle Building Services success is on going and always evolving. Part of the strategy was a complete brand evaluation and redesign of their corporate identity and the relocation into their new workplace in Kent Street, Sydney. The brief was set down clearly that the brand and environment reflected the professionalism, creativity and personal attention that the company is known for coupled with a contemporary and inviting feel.

The space, located in an adaptively reused building on Kent Street, required extensive renovation. Intelle Building Services partnered with Rebecca Perry to direct the rebranding and the workplace design to ensure that the result was holistically sound. A mix of floating set plaster ceilings broken by areas of exposed slab and services frame the workplace which accommodates workstations, meeting room and a generous communal space with kitchen area that doubles as conference and presentation zone. Custom joinery provides ample storage. The brand identity is sewn into the interior via graphics and finishes with the overall design reflecting a contemporary, creative and welcoming space.
